近日，3臺(tái)AOTUO奧拓輪胎移動(dòng)式抑塵料斗裝車機(jī)在山東濰坊港順利安裝調(diào)試完成。新型智能化環(huán)保料斗的投入使用，將有效解決碼頭抓斗卸船（石油焦、水泥熟料）粉塵飛揚(yáng)的難題，進(jìn)一步提升碼頭碼頭作業(yè)環(huán)境。

Recently, three AOTUO tire mobile dustless environmental protection hopper loaders were successfully installed and commissioned in Weifang port, Shandong Province. The use of the new intelligent environmental protection hopper will effectively solve the problem of dust flying from the port grab ship unloading (petroleum coke, cement clinker) and improve the working environment of the port.

該3臺(tái)裝備是AOTUO自主研制的ATZL400型輪胎移動(dòng)式抑塵料斗智能裝車系統(tǒng)，單臺(tái)裝車能力400t/h，采用“受料+收塵+計(jì)量”一體化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，應(yīng)濰坊港無人理貨技術(shù)需求，系統(tǒng)還配置了人工智能AI裝車輔助系統(tǒng)。經(jīng)濰坊港工程師團(tuán)隊(duì)與AOTUO奧拓的多次對(duì)接會(huì)議、視頻會(huì)議、優(yōu)化方案設(shè)計(jì)，最終確定實(shí)施方案。實(shí)物重載試車結(jié)果表明實(shí)施方案的科學(xué)性，其良好的環(huán)保性與高度自動(dòng)化理貨作業(yè)，獲得了港方的好評(píng)。

These three sets of equipment are the intelligent loading system of ATZL400 type tire mobile dustless environmental protection hopper which independently developed by AOTUO,The loading capacity of a single machine is 400t/h, and adopted integrated structural design of "receiving + dust collection + metering" . According to the technical requirements of unmanned tally in Weifang port, the system is also equipped with AI loading auxiliary system.After many meetings, video conferences and optimization design scheme between Weifang Port Engineer team and AOTUO team, the scheme was finally determined.The results of the heavy load test show that the scheme is scientific, and its good environmental protection and highly automated tally operation have been highly praised by the Weifang port.

這也是AOTUO奧拓首次采用BOO模式為顧客提供裝卸服務(wù)，即顧客無需支付貨款，只需按噸支付接卸量流量費(fèi)，就可獲得AOTUO奧拓技術(shù)裝備的各項(xiàng)功能與服務(wù)。AOTUO奧拓今后將在全國推出這種創(chuàng)新型的合作模式，即可解決央企、國企決策周期長而應(yīng)用又十分迫切的矛盾，也為部分顧客優(yōu)化資金的資源配置，緩解企業(yè)短期流動(dòng)性。

一、環(huán)保抑塵：Environmental protection and Dust suppression

料斗斗體部分由內(nèi)外兩層錐斗組成，錐斗之間形成環(huán)形風(fēng)道，既能收塵又能回灰；

The hopper body is composed of inner and outer conical buckets, and an annular air duct is formed between the conical buckets, which can not only collect dust but also return ash;

料斗直段為除塵器內(nèi)壁圍合而成的方箱，四壁有長孔式收塵口，使粉塵氣體均勻進(jìn)入除塵器，達(dá)到最大限度減少揚(yáng)塵的效果。

The straight section of the hopper is a square box surrounded by the inner wall of the dust collector, and there are long hole dust collector on the four walls to make the dust enter the dust collector evenly, so as to achieve the effect of minimizing dust.

二、人工智能AI裝車輔助系統(tǒng)AI loading auxiliary system:：

系統(tǒng)帶有AOTUO奧拓自主研發(fā)及業(yè)內(nèi)首創(chuàng)的人工智能AI裝車輔助系統(tǒng)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)高度信息化條件下的全過程無人操作：

The system is equipped with the AI loading auxiliary system which independently developed and pioneered in the industry by AOTUO , realized unmanned operation in the whole process under the condition of high informatization:

① 貨車司機(jī)可通過掃描二維碼，連接碼頭無人理貨系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫，確定所卸貨物種類，船型等關(guān)鍵作業(yè)信息。在手機(jī)頁面輸入當(dāng)前所需裝車量后，一鍵啟動(dòng)設(shè)備，皮帶計(jì)量裝置即可根據(jù)所需裝車量自動(dòng)精確運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)放料。

The truck driver connects the dock unmanned tally system database by scanning the QR code to determine the type of goods unloaded, ship type and other key operation information. After inputting the current required loading amount on the mobile phone page, the equipment can be started with one touch, and the belt metering device can automatically and accurately operate and discharge materials according to the required loading amount.

② 通過AI攝像頭的視覺信號(hào)以及AI控制器的人工智能算法模型，當(dāng)裝車物料達(dá)到一定的裝載高度后，由AI控制器輸出信號(hào)指揮紅綠燈提示司機(jī)移車，或者直接控制無人駕駛車輛進(jìn)行移車，投料裝置可根據(jù)裝車高度自動(dòng)控制升降，至物料裝至司機(jī)所輸入重量時(shí)設(shè)備自動(dòng)停止運(yùn)行。

According to the visual signal of the AI camera and the artificial intelligence algorithm model of the AI controller, when the loaded materials reach a certain loading height, the AI controller outputs a signal to command the traffic light to prompt the driver to move the vehicle, or directly controls the unmanned vehicles to move it,the feeding device can automatically control the lifting and lowering according to the loading height, and the equipment will automatically stop running when the materials are loaded to the weight input by the driver.

③ 裝車完成后，將裝車信息自動(dòng)回傳給碼頭無人理貨數(shù)據(jù)庫中，并自動(dòng)生成生產(chǎn)報(bào)表。

After loading, the loading information will be automatically returned to the unmanned tally database of the port, and the production report will be automatically generated.
