近日，杭州奧拓機電股份有限公司（以下簡稱“奧拓股份”）自主研發(fā)的“水泥熟料（煤炭）螺旋卸船機及中轉(zhuǎn)配套系統(tǒng)”，成功獲評國內(nèi)首臺（套）裝備認(rèn)定。該裝備屬于國家重點支持的高端裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域，是港口物流中補短板、填空白的裝備產(chǎn)品，通過浙江省機械工業(yè)聯(lián)合會組織成果鑒定，鑒定委員會一致認(rèn)為：“該成果技術(shù)難度大，創(chuàng)新性強，技術(shù)整體處國際先進水平，同意通過鑒定”。

Recently, the "Cement Clinker (Coal) Screw Ship Unloader and Supporting Transfer System," independently developed by HangZhou Aotuo Mechanical And Electrical CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "AOTUO"), has been successfully recognized as the first-of-its-kind equipment in China. This equipment belongs to the high-end equipment industry sector, which is a key priority supported by the state. It addresses gaps and fills voids in port logistics. Through an appraisal organized by the Zhejiang Machinery Industry Federation, the appraisal committee unanimously concluded that "the achievement demonstrates significant technical difficulty, strong innovation, and the overall technology is at an internationally advanced level, with agreement on its approval."

AOTUO奧拓股份工程師團隊通過6年潛心研發(fā)與12個月實物運行功能試驗，終于攻克了結(jié)構(gòu)、材料、工藝等多項技術(shù)難題，最終推出了可以接卸水泥熟料的“水泥熟料（煤炭）螺旋卸船機及中轉(zhuǎn)配套系統(tǒng)”高端裝備，系統(tǒng)性地解決了港口水泥熟料、煤炭、礦石等高硬度散貨物料卸船中轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)節(jié)中長期存在的設(shè)備磨損嚴(yán)重、能耗高、揚塵大、壽命短等技術(shù)難題與運營痛點。該裝備同時還實現(xiàn)了智能避障與狀態(tài)在線監(jiān)測等功能，既提高了設(shè)備的安全性，又大大降低維護成本。

After six years of dedicated research and development and 12 months of physical operational testing, the AOTUO engineering team has finally overcome numerous technical challenges related to structure, materials, and processes. This effort has culminated in the launch of the high-end "Cement Clinker (Coal) Screw Ship Unloader and Supporting Transfer System," capable of unloading cement clinker. The system comprehensively addresses long-standing technical and operational issues in port handling, such as severe equipment wear, high energy consumption, significant dust generation, and short service life during the unloading and transfer of high-hardness bulk materials like cement clinker, coal, and ore. Additionally, the equipment incorporates intelligent obstacle avoidance and real-time condition monitoring functions, enhancing both safety and significantly reducing maintenance costs.

通過系統(tǒng)性創(chuàng)新，該裝備成功突破港口多性狀散料裝卸中“一機一料”的傳統(tǒng)局限，真正實現(xiàn)一機多用。同時，該裝備獲得了發(fā)明專利7項、實用新型3件、軟件著作權(quán)5件，所有專利均歸奧拓股份所有，產(chǎn)權(quán)清晰。

該設(shè)備已經(jīng)在多個港口成功應(yīng)用，得到了客戶好評。

Through systematic innovation, the equipment has successfully overcome the traditional "one machine for one material" limitation in handling diverse bulk materials at ports, truly achieving multi-purpose functionality. At the same time, the equipment has obtained 7 invention patents, 3 utility models, and 5 software copyrights. All patents are owned by AOTUO, with clearly defined intellectual property rights.

The equipment has already been successfully applied in multiple ports and has received positive feedback from customers.
